A few things to plan around.
How do we plan a family visit?
Email the SF studio about your visit with your preferred dates, number of adults, children’s ages and workshop interest. Confirm participation, availability and current pricing with the studio before booking.
Which activity can children join?
Tufting is for ages 12 and up; anyone under 18 needs an adult with them. For perler beads, tell the studio the children’s ages so it can confirm participation, the adult role and supervision around beads and heat tools.
Do we need to bring supplies or a design?
Materials and guidance are included. For tufting, bring a simple design on your phone or choose a studio template. See the image selection guide or email the studio about preparation.
Can we share one tufting frame?
Each guest normally books their own frame, and a small frame is for one person. Contact the studio before booking to discuss whether a shared arrangement is possible for your family.
How much time should we allow?
Tufting usually takes about 3–5 hours, depending on the frame and design. Perler time varies with the project. Contact the studio to plan the workshop arrangements that suit your family.
What if our plans change?
Cancellation and rescheduling terms apply to your booking. Read the current booking policy and contact the studio with your booking reference.
