Team offsites and company gatherings

Rug tufting gives the group a longer project: choose an image, trace it, build it in yarn and finish the piece with guidance. Plan for about 3 to 5 hours per person, depending on the frame and design.

Perler beads offer a different pace: each person can work through a pixel-art design, with time depending on the project. Tell us your available time, group size and what you’d like people to make so we can discuss a suitable arrangement.

You don’t need to plan a competition or arrive with craft experience. The activity gives people something practical to work on together and individual pieces to talk about afterward.

Birthdays and private celebrations

For a birthday, shower or gathering with friends, tell us the occasion, guests’ ages and whether everyone wants the same workshop. Couples or guests who want to share a tufting frame should ask about that arrangement before booking.

Ask about a private session, food or decorations, access needs and any special arrangements before making plans. A form’s group-size choices are a way to describe your request; they do not guarantee a studio capacity or a private-session booking.

From an idea to a confirmed event

1. Send your preferred dates, headcount, available time, workshop and SF location.
2. We discuss availability, the activity, group setup and price. Confirm any supervision, access or special requests with the studio.
3. Review the agreed details and booking terms with the studio before treating the event as confirmed. Sending an inquiry alone does not reserve the date.

For a workshop at your own location or a school/library group, include the address, ages and setup needs in your request so the studio can confirm whether it can accommodate it.
